Where can I buy your products?

While we do not have a storefront of our own, all our products can be purchased right here at www.molecule-r.com.

I don’t feel comfortable buying online. Do you have any resellers in my area?

We have numerous high-street retailers all over the world! To find out if there’s a reseller in your area, email info@molecule-r.com with your location and what products you’re looking for.

I broke my product while using it. What can I do?

If the item broke during use, we are generally unable to replace it for free. However, we encourage you to contact us at info@molecule-r.com - we will do our best to help you.

I don’t really want the product I bought anymore. Can I exchange it for another one?

As long as the item you purchased is unopened and unused, we are happy to help you exchange it for something else. However, you must return it within 30 days of receipt and customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Simply get in touch with molecule-r.com to arrange the exchange, and make sure to wait for our authorization before sending any product back.

We recommend getting a tracking order for your return, as Molecule-R is not liable for any return packages lost in transit.

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. We provide a full refund for the value of the product(s) returned (excluding shipping costs).
